Postoperative Instructions

DO:	Please read and follow these instructions carefully.
DO:	Clean suture lines with hydrogen peroxide and 0-tips 6 times a day.
DO:	Apply Bacitracin or Vaseline to suture lines following cleaning 6 times a day.
DO:	Sleep with the head of bed elevated 30-40 degrees.
DO:	Avoid excessive smiling or manipulation of ups.
DO:	Take all prescribed medication as directed.

DO NOT:	Drink through a straw.
DO NOT:	Apply make-up for 1 week.
DO NOT:	Eat or drink hot or cold substances. All food and beverages must be tepid or room temperature.
