How to select a Qualified Cosmetic Surgeon
As elective surgeries become more and more popular, patients are advised to check their plastic surgeons credentials, affiliations and certifications before choosing a doctor. Dr. Adler and Dr. Giles are "Board certified" by an ABMS (American Board of Medical Specialties) member board which examines qualified candidates trained in General and/or Regional Plastic Surgery. In addition, both Dr. Adler and Dr. Giles are "double board certified" which means they are board certified in 2 specialties each, a unique, but most important credential.
When multiple procedures are performed on the face and body, both doctors may be involved in the patient's care. For example, a patient may have a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Adler while Dr. Giles may do a breast augmentation procedure. Performing a combination of surgical procedures often reduces recovery times and cost.
Dr. Giles joins Dr. Adler to establish the first multispecialty plastic surgery clinic in the Treasure Coast, Palm Beaches and Fort Lauderdale.
Dr. Adler specializes in Facial Plastic Surgery and Dr. Giles specializes in Breast and Body Plastic Surgery.
